My name is Iman Nefesch
Since childhood I have walked between two worlds: the visible and the invisible.
I am a Medium, Guide and Spiritual Therapist , dedicated to accompanying souls —incarnated and disincarnated— on their path of healing and awakening.
I merge Mediumship with tools such as Remote Spiritual Liberation Therapy (RSLT)®, Regression Therapy/TVP, Mediumistic Visualization® , primarily.
I created GEMA (Group of Mediumistic Studies of Argentina) ® as a space for training and service, where Mediumship is honored, educated and transformed into a Tool of Light.
I work with my Guide Gal , who accompanies me closely and continuously. His presence assists me especially in Remote Spiritual Liberation Therapy (RSLT)® sessions. This connection guides and sustains the therapeutic process, allowing for clear, loving, and precise channeling.
My mission is clear: to link worlds, help recover Free Will , restore sacred energy and Sovereignty , and remember that we are souls going through a human experience… but infinite in essence.
Who I am and what I do.
I am a medium and I primarily work in Remote Spirit Release (RSR)®. This technique is the result of my own mediumistic path and experience, as well as my studies with Dr. Terence Palmer, creator of the RSR (Remote Spirit Release) Protocol and author of the book 'The Science of Spirit Possession'.
I created the Mediumistic Visualization® technique and founded the Remote Spiritual Liberation Therapy (RSLT)® Course, integrating international teachings with my own experience as a channel.
I received my Professional title as a Medium and Facilitator in RSR (Remote Spirit Release) at Dr. Palmer's 'Healing the Wounded Spirit' School in 2021. I was also part of his team until his passing in 2021.
In Argentina, I founded GEMA (Argentina Mediumistic Studies Group) in 2017, where I dedicate myself to training and educating other Mediums and Facilitators in Remote Spiritual Liberation Therapy (RSLT)®. I also organize conferences and congresses to promote Mediumship and Remote RSLT.
In addition, I am a Past Life Regression Therapist (Dr. Cabouli Method), a professional astrologer, a Tarot Master, and a professional English translator.
MISSION
My life has been a bridge between planes of existence. From a very young age, I have felt the presence of the spiritual and understood that mediumship is not a gift, but a responsibility. Over the years, I have transformed that connection into service, dedicating my life to guiding, liberating, and healing from the soul.

Work Experience
Desde muy joven he estudiado diferentes Mancias y carreras en forma paralela a mí formación académica profesional y artística en la danza desde los 5 años (Soy Bailarina, Profesora, coreógrafa y productora). También obtuve el título de Traductora Literaria, Técnica y Científica en idioma Inglés y he realizado la carrera de Tecnicatura en Comercio Exterior pero abandoné en el último año al darme cuenta de que mi misión de vida era totalmente diferente.
En el año 1992 decidí estudiar Tarot Marsellés para comprender la profunda simbología implícita en los arcanos y poder utilizar el Tarot como una herramienta de autoconocimiento.
De ahí en más comienza un camino que me llevó a profundizar en el estudio del Tarot, incluyendo diferentes tipos de mazos: Rider Waite, Thot, Egipcio, Egipcio Kier, Gothic Tarot, Osho, Vampire Tarot, entre otros.
Considero que el Tarot debe ser utilizado como una herramienta para guiar espiritualmente al consultante. El Tarot es una conexión entre el Tarotista, el consultante y el mensaje que los maestros y guías dispongan dar en ese momento. El Tarot aconseja, guía y te muestra diferentes caminos para tu evolución, dependerá de cada consultante cómo aprovechar esa guía y consejo.
He complementado mis estudios de Tarot con Numerología Pitagórica.
En el año 2006 me recibí de “Técnica en Astrología” (Carrera con una duración de 3 años.) en C.A.B.A (Centro Astrológico Buenos Aires), uno de los centros de estudios de Astrología más importantes del mundo.
Realizo consultas privadas sobre Cartas Natales, Revoluciones Solares, Tránsitos planetarios, Sinastrías, y todo tipo de estudios astrológicos.
Durante el año 2014 realicé estudios de Cabalá. Los cuales perfeccioné en el año 2021.
En el año 2015 obtuve el Título como "Terapeuta en Regresión" (TVP - Terapia Vidas Pasadas) con el profesor Marcelo Beloqui (Técnica del Dr. Cabouli). Desde el año 2016 y hasta el 2019 fui parte del Cuerpo Docente del Curso de Terapia de Regresión de Vidas Pasadas dirigido por el
Lic. Marcelo Beloqui.
También formé parte, desde su creación en el año 2015, del grupo de servicio ERA (Equipo de Rescate de Almas) principalmente como Médium y también como Orientadora. Este grupo brinda servicio desinteresado ayudando a las almas a encontrar su camino a la Luz. Mi participación en el grupo ERA finalizó a fines del año 2017.
En el año 2017 fundé GEMA (Grupo de Estudios Mediumnicos de Argentina).
En el 2018 realicé un Taller a Distancia de Spirit Releasement Therapy con el Dr. Terry Palmer de Inglaterra, autor de “The Science of Spirit Posession”, con quien realicé un perfeccionamiento en esta técnica.
En el año 2019 comienzo a dictar mi Formación "Curso de Educación de la Mediumnidad" y "Curso de Terapia de Liberación Espiritual Remota (TLE)®.
En Noviembre 2019 organicé el “1er Congreso Internacional de Terapia de Liberación Espiritual” que contó con la presencia de Dr. Terence Palmer de Inglaterra como principal orador.
Durante el año 2020 participé activamente en los cursos y encuentros sobre “Remote Spirit Release (RSR)” - Terapia de Liberación Espiritual Remota TLE)®- dirigidos por Dr. Terence Palmer (UK)
En Septiembre 2021 obtuve mi título de “Certificate of Professional Competence” both as Facilitator and Medium of Remote Spirit Release. (“Certificado de Competencia Profesional en TLE Remoto” como Facilitadora y Médium) en la Escuela de “Remote Spirit Release” - Healing the Wounded Spirit - de Dr. Terence Palmer (UK).

Improvement and Updating
I am currently continuing my training in the "Remote Spirit Release Technique" at the "Spirit Release Academy" in England. This academy was founded in 2023 by Andrew Surgeon and Jonno Webster, mediums who worked closely with Dr. Terence Palmer, who, even from the spirit world, continues to guide and refine his technique and protocol.
